How long can I keep my bin? 

For all general bins,you are able to keep your bin for 3 days. If you do require your bin for a longer period of time, please contact us at 0408221114 so we can make arrangements to make sure you get your bin for as long as you need it.

 

How high can I fill my bin?

All bins should not excess water level of the bins capacity. Any bins that are filled well passed this level will NOT be taken. For full detail, please click here for full terms and conditions.

 

How and when do I pay for my bin? 

When making your booking with us via email or telephone, you will be asked to pay for your chosen bin. We accept both credit card or cash whichever is easiest for you. Please note, if paying by cash that you MUST be on site to pay for the bin when it arrives.

 

Does the Pink Bin Hire trucks fit in my driveway? 

Pink Bin Hire trucks are able to fit down most driveways, allyways or tight spaces.

 

If I’m not going to be a home, what happens when my bin is delivered?

If you are not going to be home when we deliver your bin, please specify where you would like your bin to be placed in some detail. Also, if you want your bin in the driveway, make sure that all gates are easy to open and there are no cars blocking the entrance for the bin.

 

What if I don’t have any room for a bin on site? 

All of our bins can be placed onto the naturestrip or roadway, subject to council approval. If approved, council permit fees do apply.

 

What is the difference between general, hard fill, recyclable, and green waste rubbish? 

General : light bulding material, houshold waste, books, cabinets, white goods, toys, clothing, wood, carpet and anything that doesnt contain dirt, soil or concreate.

Hardfill is NOT taken by Pink Bin Hire, heavy building material, bricks, soil, concreate and heavy items

Recyclables: Anything that can be recycled, plastic, cardbord, metals, paper,

Greenwaste: Organic waste including plant clippings, tree branches, wood fence palings, woodchips, bark and grass trimmings. (NO tree stumps)

 

Can green waste be mixed with general rubbish? 

Yes, all green waste can be mixed with general rubbish bins.

 

What if I have a mixture of hard fill rubbish and general rubbish? 

Under NO circumstances will Pink Bin Hire take any hardfill.

What do I do with hazardous chemicals? 

Here at Pink Bin Hire, we only take some haradous chemicals. To despose of these chemicals properally, please contact us at 040822114 for instructions.

 

What do I do with Asbestos? 

Under No circumstances will Pink Bin Hire take any Asbestos. For removal of any asbestos, please contact your local council or asbestos company.
